As promised on Northern's  revised schedule ending on 22nd September 2024, Northern services between Chinley and Manchester are now back to status quo ante - via New Mills, Marple etc.

Work continues at Hague Bar, but if you are wanting to travel between Chinley and Hazel Grove, you need to catch the 08.04 if you are to avoid changes,  and if you are wanting to travel direct to Stockport you should catch the 00.09 (!),  07.02, or 08.04.
