Transport for the North launched its new Strategic Transport Plan in Westminster at the Transport Across the North All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) reception on 17th April 2024. Attendees included Northern MPs, Peers and stakeholders from across the transport industry

Issues presented included improvements to  railway station accessibility, better connected mobility, strategy and policy, strategic rail, Transport Analysis, modelling and economics, major roads. There was also a focus on  Transport-Related Social Exclusion data tools.
