The TravelWatch NW annual report makes sobering reading...

In his introduction to the report, David Butterworth (TravelWatch North West Chair) writes:-

"The proverbial Curate’s Egg is reported to be ‘good and bad in parts’. The same could rightly be said of public transport in the North West of England – and, in truth, across the rest of Great Britain. When it works it’s very good but it can be so badly horrid!"
